Messmer High School’s administrative team sets out to support teachers in every way in order to best support the kids in our care. They consistently provide worthwhile, targeted professional development opportunities, and are unbiased in what teachers’ voices are heard. Their doors are always open with supportive, problem-solving attitudes. I see burned out teacher memes and feel proud to say, after many years working here, they do not apply to me.
